Peter Choi is a trial attorney in the firm’s South Pasadena office. Mr. Choi’s practice primarily focuses on the representation of corporations in employment disputes involving sexual discrimination, wage and hour class actions, and wrongful termination. Mr. Choi’s practice also involves general business litigation, public entity liability, and professional liability including the representation of architects, engineers, and legal professionals.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Choi practiced at a boutique law firm in San Diego, focusing in class action antitrust litigation. Mr. Choi earned his undergraduate degree from University of California, Los Angeles and his Juris Doctor from University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he received awards in employment discrimination and served as the executive internal editor for the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly.

Obtained Partial Settlements Worth $2.3 Billion on Behalf of Class of Investors in Antitrust Price Fixing Case: Sued international banks for conspiring to widen the spread of foreign exchange instruments and to manipulate financial benchmark rates. Fifteen of the sixteen intentional banks agreed to settle after significant discovery and negotiations.
