Nadim G. Hegazi is a trial attorney and litigator at the firm’s Oakland office. Mr. Hegazi specializes in the areas of professional liability, business disputes, construction defects and catastrophic injuries. Mr. Hegazi represents architects, engineers, and other design professionals.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Hegazi litigated and provided advice in a range of areas, including securities fraud class actions, employment, contract, product liability, personal injury, premises liability, and unfair business practices. Mr. Hegazi also gained significant courtroom experience as a prosecutor with the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office and the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office, where he tried over 20 jury trials to verdict, conducted hundreds of evidentiary hearings and negotiated hundreds of plea agreements. He was selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2019. Mr. Hegazi is also a Certified Public Accountant and worked as a financial auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Mr. Hegazi received his undergraduate degree from Pace University in New York City and his Juris Doctor from University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco.
