Carl B. Arias is a trial attorney in the firm’s South Pasadena office, and a former prosecutor with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. He has tried over 40 jury trials to verdict. He predominantly practices in the areas of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, constitutional law, public entity defense, premises liability, police officer liability, general torts litigation, civil rights, casualty defense, business litigation, employment litigation, construction litigation, and railroad litigation. Mr. Arias has successfully defended cities, counties, large corporations and small businesses in litigation matters throughout Southern California.
Mr. Arias graduated from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 1999. He is a member of the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel (NARTC).
