Michele L. Gamble

Michele Gamble's practice is primarily dedicated to the representation of architects, engineers, and land surveyors, in addition to other civil litigation arenas as well. Michele was drawn to the representation of design professionals by the influence of her father who taught and practiced civil engineering locally for more than 35 years, and by her appreciation of the professionalism, creativity, and uniqueness of the design professionals she works with every day. She has resolved hundreds of cases through mediation, arbitration, and bench trials, and has obtained unanimous jury verdicts for clients in professional malpractice suits.

Beyond practicing law, Michele is a member of the Association of Women Architects (AWA), American Institute of Architects (AIA), Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), the American Council of Engineering Companies of California (ACEC California, known formerly as Consulting Engineers and Land Surveyors of California, or CELSOC), American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County and Pasadena Bar Associations, and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. Michele has authored numerous articles and addressed many of these organizations on topics of interest to design professionals.

Michele earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Santa Clara University, and received the Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. She is admitted to practice in the State of California, and in the United States District Court, Southern District of California. In 2008, Michele received a Presidential Citation from the American Institute of Architects (AIA) for service to the architectural profession. Super Lawyers magazine selected Michele as a 2009 Southern California Rising Star based on peer recognition and professional achievement.
