Joshua A. Cohen
Mr. Cohen’s practice focuses on general business litigation, general casualty litigation including construction liability and representing real estate professionals, architects and engineers in professional liability litigation. He regularly negotiates commercial leases and assists in real estate transactions. He has handled disputes involving real property rights, partition, and breach of contract. In addition to several successful jury trials, Mr. Cohen has extensive experience handling landlord tenant disputes, property management issues, and lease litigation.
