Howard Franco's 25-year trial practice focuses on products liability, personal injury, professional liability (including attorney malpractice), and business litigation for self-insured and insured clients. He also serves our courts as a Settlement Conference Officer. Howard enjoys coaching special education sports and has spent over a decade as a volunteer teacher at his church. He remains active in the San Diego, Orange, and Los Angeles County Bar Associations, and in DRI (the Defense Research Institute). Howard is also a member of the Risk Insurance Management Society (Orange County Chapter), and the Institute for Supply Management (a nationwide collection of manufacturers and retail interests).
Graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Dayton, Ohio, Howard was also a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society. He received the Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. Howard is admitted to practice in the State of California, the United States District Court, Central and Southern Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
