Joshua Cohen's law practice focuses on defending real estate professionals, architects, and engineers in professional liability litigation. Josh has over ten years' experience in real property litigation, representing land owners in lease disputes, quiet title actions, premises liability for dangerous conditions, and transaction litigation. His broad experience gives a well-developed practical base for the defense of real estate professionals in a wide variety of litigation. Josh uses every case as an opportunity to learn and enjoys studying his client's plans and specifications in order to build a defense. He believes that professionals, whether agents, brokers, architects or engineers, are important to our society and deserve protection. Apart from the practice of law, Josh stays quite busily involved with the activities of his wife and three children.
