Adam A. Ainslie
Mr. Ainslie’s practice primarily focuses on public entity liability with an emphasis on constitutional right violations, dangerous conditions, and labor and employment litigation. Mr. Ainslie also handles matters of general business litigation and professional liability including the representation of design professionals in complex multi-party litigation. In addition to these areas, Mr. Ainslie is well-versed on copyright and trademark issues, including registration and defense/prosecution of infringement claims.
